In the first quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 Squad RPG applications on the iOS platform in Chile demonstrated a wide range of trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how these apps fared:
Gacha Club from Lunime Inc. saw weekly downloads decrease from around 1K at the beginning of January to about 340 by the end of March. Despite the drop in downloads, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between approximately 10.9K and 9.9K throughout the quarter.
Hero Wars: Alliance RPG by Nexters Global LTD had an interesting quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at around $4.3K in the week of February 21, while downloads saw a significant rise mid-March, reaching 812. The app's active users experienced a notable increase from 389 in early February to 1.1K by mid-March.
MY HERO ULTRA IMPACT, published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., launched in early February and showed a strong start with 1.4K downloads in its first week. However, downloads fell to around 42 by the end of March. The app’s revenue peaked at $327 in the last week of February, while weekly active users dropped from 1.2K in early February to 241 by the end of the quarter.
Ultimate Hokage Duel from BLENHEIM FINANCE LIMITED saw a peak in weekly downloads at 680 in late February. Revenue also peaked around the same time at $397. However, both metrics saw a decline towards the end of March, with downloads dropping to just 5 in the week of March 21.
RAID: Shadow Legends by Plarium Global Ltd showed a steady performance in revenue, peaking at $588 in early January. Weekly downloads started at 441 at the end of December and declined to around 53 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 568 in early January to 200 by the end of the quarter.
